3. Uso aceptable
partir del 14 de septiembre de 2026. El software sigue licenciándose a usted bajo la EUPL v1.2;

Corvers Survey - Terms of Service
Terms of Service
Last updated: 14 September 2026
These Terms of Service govern the use of Corvers Survey (the "Service"),
the survey platform operated by Corvers for the creation, publication and analysis of
online questionnaires and consultations. The Service is based on the EUSurvey open-source
software published by the European Union and has been modified by Corvers.
1. Who may use the Service
The Service is provided to Corvers staff, to organisations participating in projects
managed by Corvers, and to persons invited by Corvers. Registration requires a valid
e-mail address and, where applicable, the validation of that address. Corvers may refuse,
suspend or withdraw access where the Service is misused or where continued access would
breach a legal obligation.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity
carried out under your account. Credentials must not be shared. You must notify Corvers
promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to publish unlawful content, to collect data by deception,
to send unsolicited bulk messages, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or
to the data of other users, or in any way that disrupts the availability of the Service for
others. Automated scraping or bulk downloading of results is not permitted without written
agreement.
4. Your content
You keep all rights in the surveys, questions, texts, files and answers you create or
upload. You grant Corvers the rights strictly necessary to host, process, back up and
display that content in order to operate the Service. You are responsible for ensuring
that you have a lawful basis to collect the personal data requested by your questionnaires.
5. Personal data
The processing of personal data through the Service is described in the
Privacy Statement and, for organisations
acting as controllers, the Data Processing Agreement.
6. Availability and changes
The Service is offered on a best-effort basis. Corvers may modify, suspend or withdraw
features, and may schedule maintenance, notably to apply security updates. Corvers will
give reasonable notice of changes that materially affect users.
7. Intellectual property and open source
The Service's software is based on EUSurvey, © European Union, made available
under the European Union Public Licence v1.2 (EUPL), and modified by Corvers from
14 September 2026. The software remains licensed to you under the EUPL v1.2; these Terms
govern your use of the hosted Service and do not restrict the rights granted to you by that
licence. The names "European Union", "European Commission" and "EUSurvey" are used solely
to identify the origin of the software and do not imply any endorsement by the European
Union or the European Commission.
8. Warranties and liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Corvers excludes implied
warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data arising
from circumstances outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability
that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by the law applicable to Corvers Commercial & Legal Affairs,
without prejudice to mandatory consumer or data-protection provisions.
